Campsite Guidelines

Primrose Smallholding is a small, family-run campsite, and we keep things relaxed, friendly, and respectful. The guidelines below are here to help everyone enjoy their stay - including our neighbours, animals, and fellow campers.

🌿 The Spirit of the Site

• Please be considerate of others at all times
• Keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings
• Respect the land, the animals, and the countryside
• Children's whereabouts should be known to parents/carers at all times
• Keep dogs under control

Most guests find that common sense and kindness go a long way.

🔊 Noise & Evenings

• Quiet time begins at 10pm in the evening
• No loud music or parties
• Voices and campfires should be kept low after this time

This helps preserve the calm atmosphere we’re known for.

🐕 Dogs

• Friendly dogs are welcome
• Must be kept under control at all times
• Do not allow dogs to chase animals or disturb other guests
• Please clean up after your dog & use the poo bins provided

🔥 Fires & BBQs

• Fire pits only (bring your own or available to hire)
• No fires directly on the ground
• BBQs must be raised off the grass
• Fires must be supervised at all times

🚯 Rubbish & Recycling

• Please take your rubbish home with you if you can
• We provide general waste & recycling facilities
• Leave your pitch as you found it

🚗 Vehicles

• Please drive slowly on site - 5mph limit
• Park vehicles considerately
• No vehicle movement during quiet hours or night time for safety reasons

⚠️ A Quick Note

We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if guidelines aren’t followed. This is very rare, but helps keep the site enjoyable for everyone.
