We try to keep booking with Primrose Smallholding simple and transparent. The information below explains how bookings work and what happens if plans change.

📅 Making a Booking
- All bookings must be made in advance
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received
- We will email you booking confirmation
- Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking
💳 Payments
- Full payment is required to secure your pitch
- Prices are shown clearly at the time of booking
- There are no hidden fees
🔄 Cancellations & Changes
- No refunds within 7 days of arrival date.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
- Bookings cannot be amended within 1 day(s) of arrival.
- The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
- If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.
If plans change
- Please let us know as early as you can by email — we really appreciate the notice
- Where possible, we’re happy to move your booking to another available date
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
🌧 Weather & Early Departures
- We’re unable to offer refunds for early departures
- Weather conditions are completely outside of our control, so refunds can’t be offered due to changes in the weather
- We recommend checking the forecast and arriving prepared for outdoor camping.
⚠️ Site Guidelines
- Bookings are made subject to our Campsite Guidelines and Campfires & Safety information
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where guidelines are not followed - this is very rare, but helps protect the camping experience for all our guests.
Arrival & Departure Times
Guests may arrive on site from 10:00am on the date of arrival.
All campers must vacate the site by 2:00pm on the day of departure (use is limited to breakfast, packing up, and departure only).
No overnight camping, daytime camping, or continued recreational use of the land on the day of departure.
