Our family focussed campsite is open for 60 days a year. It consists of a 3 acre field in a quiet, rural location near the village of Holme Lacy. We limit the number of pitches to just 20 so there is absolutely loads of room for children to run around and play. Animal feeding at 9am daily. No stepping over each others guy lines here!

As we are a temporary 'pop up' site, we have simple portaloos (regularly cleaned and emptied), an electric shower - which is very popular with our campers, and a dedicated pot wash area with waste facilities. Once Camping season is over, everything is packed away and the land returned to its rightful owners - our sheep - until we open again next year!

We have Pygmy Goats, Sheep & Chickens all year round. Children and adults can help feed the animals and learn a little more about them. Next year we will have some pigs joining us which are always great fun to watch plus some new additions to the smallholding (of the feathered variety)!

Relax! - Let the kids have fun, have a BBQ or just sit around your firepit in the evening with a glass or two of wine. Our campsite is perfect for families, couples and solo travellers - sorry - no stag or hen groups!
